cRio imaging problem

Hello.

When I attempted to image the cRio with the 2010-v19 firmware, the imaging tool connected to the cRio, and got to the step where it uploads the image and then failed with an error indicating that it could not connect to the IP address. I tried to put the cRio in safe mode, format it, and try again, but it got to the step where it uploads the configuration files and then failed with similar reasons. I have checked all of my cabling, and tried both my laptop and the kit Classmate PC, both have the same errors. Is there any way to fix this problem, or is it a problem with the cRio?
