Can't see devices online with Configurator

I have my NI-FBUS card working fine with other applications (e.g. Yokogawa Fieldmate) and have recently tried using it with NI-FBUS Configurator. When Configurator starts up and uploads the information from the segment, it comes into the menu as an endless list of non-existant tags and cannot see the devices I have on the segment (see attached picture)

All the DDs are uploaded and I can see the devices fine with the NI-FBUS Dialog application. Is this due to a Configurator 2.3.6 and CM 3.1 incompatability (see <link no longer exists>) or is there something i've done wrong?

Card: PCMCIA-FBUS/2 (Series 2)
Driver: 3.1.0.4003
Communications Manager 3.1
NI-FBUS Configurator 2.3.6

That's the compatibility issue. You can't use Configurator 2.3.6 with CM 3.1. They should have the same version.
You have two choices.
1. unistall CM3.1 and install CM 2.3.6 which came with Configurator 2.3.6.
2. upgrade Configurator to 3.1.

Thanks for your reply. From my understanding (and experience) the Series 2 PCMCIA-FBUS cards don't work with Communications Manager 2.3.6, is that correct? So I will have to upgrade Configurator.

Also, I have a 2 port PCMCIA-FBUS card and Communications Manager will only ever start up properly if both ports are connected to a Fieldbus segment. If only one port is connected, the CM startup will just hang and wait for the other port to be connected. Should this be happening? It doesn't cause any major problems, but it is just a bit annoying to have to connect both ports every time you use the card.

You are right, series2 doesn't work with communication manager 2.3.6. You have to upgrade configurator.
If you don't connect anything to port 2, please set it as Link Master, instead of Basic Device.
