Control/configuration of FP-DO-401 using NI-FBUS Configurator

I want to control the 16 digital outputs
of the DO-401 module attached to my FP-3000.

I have been able to control one output using the configurator, by setting the SP_D parameter to 1/0. The channel is selected using the parameter FIELDPOINT_CHANNEL (0 to 15).

I thought about controlling the 16 by replicating the block (instantiating an FP-3000 block) for each channel, but the maximum blocks I can add is 9.

How can I control all 16 channels?

FP-3000 firmware is v2.3 and I am using the NI-FBUS PCI/2 interface controller card with NI-FBUS communications manager 3.1

You can set the parameter FP_AUTOCONFIGURE in resource block, which can create function blocks for each channel and each I/O module automatically.

Please set the resource block to OOS first, then choose the parameter FP_AUTOCONFIGURE at tab "Options", set the value to "Autoconfigure", then press "Write Changes", wait a while, you will see the FP-3000 delete the existing blocks and create new function blocks according to I/O module and its channels.
