Can you double-click the device missing function blocks to check whether the device has a fixed address (0x10 to 0xf7), I doubt your device had a default address (0xf8 to 0xfa), which would cause such missing function blocks problem.
Which version of NI-FBUS Configurator are you using now? If it is version 2.3.6 and your device hadn't obtain a fixed address, you might need to adjust network parameter T1, T3 and Slot Time in the Interface Configuration Utility ("Advanced" button of the interface port like "port0"), please try to change the value to T1 = 0x40000, T3 = 0x30000, Slot Time = 6 and restart NI-FBUS Communications Manager and Configurator software again, see whether it helps.
