It seems that if I do an upload of my segments into my NIFBUS project, the FBAP doesn't get uploaded. So the first question is, am I correct in this presumption?
If there is a way to upload the FBAP, what are the detailed steps?
If I can't upload my FBAP, then I have a problem insofar as I lose any record of my FBAP; or if I need to modify the FBAP or create it again (say, for a download) - I have to start from scratch. So -
Is there a way to export the FBAP, perhaps in offline mode or something, and then import it and download it?
Thanks!

Upload function reads the FBAP schedule stored in the LAS device and record it in Configurator Function Block Application window. Upload function will not clear the existing schedule in the LAS device.
Does any error message occur when you upload the FBAP schedule? The error information can be found in Status tab at the bottom of Configurator main window.
Here is an example of download/upload FBAP schedule.
- Create a FBAP schedule
- Download the schedule. Make sure that the download completes without any error
- Close Configurator and Communications Manager
- Launch Communications Manager and Configurator
- Select interface icon. Select Upload Configuration in menu. Wait until all 6 upload steps completes. The FBAP schedule will show in Function Block Application window. The schedule should be the same as what you created in the first step
To export the FBAP, you can select File -> Save to save the current configuration. The FBAP schedule configured will be saved into a .fcp file. FBAP schedule can be configured on an offline link. When opening a saved .fcp file, Configuartor will let you choose if assign the configuration to an online link.

In your reply you talk about up/downloading of the FBAP schedule; do you mean the FBAP itself - i.e. the function blocks and their links, shown in the FBAP window? Or do you strictly mean the schedule? According to my understanding, these are two separate things.
Thanks!

Sorry that the word FBAP schedule brings confusion.
What I mean is FBAP, the function blocks and links created in Function Block Application window in Configurator. The FBAP will be downloaded into LAS. From LAS point of view, FBAP is a schedule that defines data communications between function blocks. This schedule runs LAS. That is why I call it FBAP schedule.
In Configurator, FBAP and schedule are two different windows. In FBAP window, you can configure the function blocks and links. In Schedule window, you can adjust the timing.
