FF NI Configurator can not find FF device?

We design a simple FF network. On the FF network system, we use NI confiturator software(Version 3.1.1), softing FG-100 FF/HSE  Linking Device and a FF Smar device(LD302). we have no problem with "Interface confituration Utility" and can find FG-100 linking device ;but we can not find smar device(LD302).  Why?????

we check our FF network system by your advice.,but  FF smar device（LD302）is not displayed on NI configurator（Version 3.1.1）.We do not know  whys. I hope you can help me ! thank you !

According to our test with this customer and his devices, this is proven to be the power hub's problem. It supplies the power to the devices, but it cannot communicate between the linking device and the FF devices.
