Please try the following steps.
1. Check the voltage of each port on the power hub. Make sure that the voltage is in the range 9~30V.
2. Select Start>>Programs>>National Instruments>>NI-FBUS>>Interface Configuration Utility and click the Advanced button.
3. Check the values of "First Unpolled Node" and "Number of Unpolled Node". These two parameters defines the address range that Configurator will probe. Make sure that your field device's address is in the range [Unpolled Node, Unpolled Node~Number of Unpolled Node]. The default range is 0x25 ~ 0x25+0xba.
Change these two parameters if needed.
4. Set the following parameter values if step 3 does not work.
MinInterPduDelay 20
Slot time 10
Max Response delay 8
T1, T2, T3 0x40000,0x40000,0x30000
5. Shut down and restart the NI-FBUS Configurator and Communications Manager.
