Add 'How to post an image' to the Help section

Hi,

Would it be helpful if the Posting Messages section of the FAQ included instructions for how to post an image. I know it took me a while to work out how to do it, and only after I searched the boards for the answer. Alternatively add some to the pop up window that appears when you click the add image button. It may reduce the number of blank boxes and replies along the lines of 'your image is still on your hard drive'
