Regarding the black Kudos issue - If you are seeing this, do you have a User Agent Switcher installed in your browser? It would be under Tools > Add-ons in Firefox and Tools > Manage add-ons in IE8.
Thanks,
Laura

I see black Kudos in one place, my iPhone with Safari.

I don't see that add on with my XP SP3 PC with IE7.

A new update:
When using the insert/edit link button on the editor the cursor is placed in the URL box instead of the text box.

If the text was highligthed that'd be great, so i can hit ctrl+v directly without having to select all or delete. Or if it was just blank that'd work too.

I don't see this happening. The cursor remains in the "Link Text" box. Using Firefox 3.6.8.

Also, does not work in Chrome. And like Tim points out, unless the stubbed "http://" is highlighted (or gone!), the initial location of the cursor is irrelevant since the stub must be highlighted before a CTRL+V is performed.

So when are we going to see the indent/outdent controls back in the editor?
I would still like to know what possessed Lithium to remove them.

Indent and outdent are sort of working on our test site, but it's so slight as to be almost useless so I haven't had them turned on. I just learned that the editor is a third party product so Lithium doesn't directly control it. My last update about the buttons is that they will be investigated. I also submitted the feedback that the link insertion box should have http:// highlighted. I am also using FF 3.6.8 and see the cursor in the link insertion box, not the text box so I don't know what the difference might be.

While they're fixing the indent issue, tell them to also properly indent the rows in paragraphs which are in a list:
