Annoying user popup

Hello,

We appreciate all the feedback provided, we are still looking into this. Do you guys consider this is a new issue, or do you consider this has been the same always?

The popup has always been in my way. 😄

I am not sure if the popup on my own profile is new or old, but I think it was always there.

There are certain usage patterns that make the popup NOT disappear. For example in a certain percentage of times when I shift-click on a username (to open the profile in a new browser window) while the popup also appears , the popup on the original page stays forever and no amount of clicking or moving the mouse elsewhere will change that.

Still the same. Only mousing over another username triggers the disappearance of the stuck popup and then the new popup then disappears on its own most of the time. Wash-rinse-repeat.

Thank you for the information. We will take a closer look this specific issue.

Does it always get stuck or is it in certain times? What browser are you using when seeing this issue?

As mentioned this only happens when you shift-click on a user?

This is on chrome, and not just with shift-click. Sometimes my cursor accidentally flies over a username and the popup appears and (occasionally!) stays forever (or until I hover over another username).

Sometimes it is like a minefield. Need to keep that cursor away from usernames! 😄

I'm using Firefox and have similar problems!

Sometimes a popup appears seconds after I moved the mouse over a username - very annoying as the mouse pointer now is in a "safe place" far away from any usernames/avatar images. And yes, this popup sticks as long as I don't move the mouse over the next available username/avatar…

I see it too in Firefox.  It doesn't happen very often, and there is no real pattern to when or why it does it.  Hovering over a different username seems to fix it just like Altenbach said.

I have the same behavior with the latest firefox. When we move the cursor over the same user name again, then it will get immediately goes away and that's how am avoiding it 😉

If we move the cursor to our own user name, it says "Something went wrong".
