Boxes removed from solutions?

It seems like now the Solutions on discussion threads have a header in green, but no longer have the box.

Is this a conscious change? Or a bug in my browser? Or an accidental change?

If it is a conscious change, and if it's open for feedback, then I don't like it as much as the previously enclosing boxes.

If I'm scrolling from the most recent messages in a thread (at the bottom for me, I suppose the same is true in reverse if you have most recent at the top) then I don't see what the solution is, until after I scrolled up through the post to the top of that post.
