Clock setting (AM/PM-> 24H)

Hi,
I'd like to vote to have it possible to set Date and Time formats.
I'd prefer dd/mm/yy HH:mm (UK 24Hr) rather than mm-dd-yy hh:mm (US 12Hr)

This is settable on most other forum software
