(I am pretty sure this is not a single user but maybe a collection of all anonymous users that post via the newsgroup.)

The date last visited is probably defined as login to the forum. Posts via newsgroup most likely don't count as "visits".

The LabVIEW forum is mirrored to comp.lang.labview and vice versa and NI has little control over posts originating in the newsgroup.

I don't know how anonymous newsgroup posters are mapped to profiles, but I can imagine cases where things are ambiguous. This was just a wild guess.
