How to Unsubscribe the forum messages

can somebody help me to unsubscribe the forum messages....

my mail box is filling whenever a thread is added

i couldnt press delete everytime please help me....

Go to your profile.There will be an option like "Manage your subscription"

Yet another way: When inside of a thread, pull down the "Thread Options" menu. Select "Remove this Thread from My Subscriptions"
