See here for a suite of system-like controls not included with LabVIEW. The images above were used as examples in the comments section where I was giving suggestions.
I used the Classic cluster / array, transparency, and the system controls / decorations to create the error cluster and WSN (Wireless Sensor Network) panel above. Because the system blue "Screen saver" text (above) is not one of the standard six system colors, I decided to just bold the black text. Yes, you can get to all of the system colors, but which one is the correct "blue"? If you guess the wrong "blue" it could change to an unmatching color under a different theme or OS, so I just figured bold was safe.
