Missing Icons

I have noticed a few missing icons, mine included.  Anybody know what is causing this?

Of course as soon as I post this my icon reappears.  But others are still missing.

you need to post your icon(s) at this link

then obtain a shortcut to the posted icon to include in your message.

Thanks Ray, I didn't know that this post existed.

Still, I think the original problem was just due to a server glitch. I had a similar experience at the time that some icons did not load properly.
