In fact it takes even longer when you edit the message

Yup. Takes even longer sometimes for me. Have no idea why it was changed. It's not like this one is better than the previous one. It's fetching 32 images and applying a CSS, so that's probably why it's slow. I think having a single image with an image map (so 90's!) would be faster.

No. It only happened once after the upgrade. After disabling it it did not happen again.

By the way, there was also some other change to the layout, although I'm not sure what exactly. I often use an 800x600 resolution and the page is now wider than the screen. It looks like it's set for 1024x768. This happens in all pages of the forums and also in a few other areas of NI's site I just looked at. I'm pretty sure it didn't happen before the upgrade to the forums in the middle of the week.

Has any new feature been added in thiw weekend maintanence? The look and the feature that i see has been changed before this weekend i suppose

I have not noticed any new features but (and I'm not sure about this) I think the forums are snappier thsi AM. Of course maybe I just timed it right. That guess is based on the fact that my thread with all of the 3d-graph images seemed to pop right up.

Did we get new iron?
