New Board for Certification Programs

I believe that having a forum board dedicated to NI Certification Programs and related discussions would be time-saving and useful for many of us.

I am not sure if this suggestion has already been made. I was looking for details on CLD-R and found few threads under LabVIEW board. I think that grouping the discussions related to Certifications would be good.

Also, I request those who are aware of certification or re-certification processes, to please post the details for the exams they have taken. I am looking for re-certifications details of CLD in India. NI does not seem to be interested in giving me the details. May be they wish to save me my money. I have sent them few mails earlier but never got a response. So. please some one post the details of charges and application procedures for CLD-R in India.

I like the idea of a Discussion forum thread dedicated to Certification. I will start talking with our web team to see what options we have for creating a new board.

With regards to the CLD Recertification Exam, the exam itself is a one hour, multiple choice exam.

The Certification Preparation page allows you to select the exam you are interested in, as well as the time frame until the exam, and then it returns the relevant prep materials. Specifically, for the CLD-R, you can access the e-kit, which contains the Preparation Guide and sample exams with practice questions.

I have also forwarded this link to one of our Certification Specialists in India and he should be contacting you with information on how to schedule a CLD-R in India.
