Is this via e-mail? Are you subscribed to the thread?

(Seems a bit weird, especially since solutions can be changed easily, even after one post has been accepted as solution.)

Yes, via e-mail and yes I was subscribed.  I got one yesterday too when a post was marked solved.  I might have to play with marking, unmarking and remarking to see how that looks.  so you'll probably get a temporary solution

Of Course, it dosn't send the notification to you if you mark the solution.  It seems to be smart enough to know I know I marked it

I'm finding these notifications really annoying, actually, especially since they don't seem to be sending me the text of the message that was actually marked as the solution (unless a lot of people have been changing their mind about which post is the solution).

Is there any way to turn this off?

A few milliseconds after receiving the first annoying email I hunted this down in the subscription settings.

The other option I was considering was only hanging out in Breakpoint.

Thanks. I looked for it, but apparently not closely enough the first time.
