The total number of Kudos for a thread will replace the average rating where you see it in the forums now, so this will help you to determine which thread to read.

Hello Everyone,

The ratings conversion poll is now closed and the winner was 4 with 65% of the vote.

This means that all messages with an average rating of 4 or better will be awarded with Kudos when the conversion takes place.  The authors of the messages will also be awarded with Kudos.
