The website team is working as quickly as possible to address the outstanding issues, but we don't have an ETA on a fix at this time.

Hello Lili,
Can you confirm that the large FIXED header on the rest of the NI website is also on the list of things to be fixed.
It did make a big difference to the forums when you allowed it to scroll; the rest of the website is still virtually unusable on a small screen tablet.
I still think it a bizzare design decision to take to have a large unscrollable header which occupies about a third of a small screen, when the stated aim was to make it more accessible on mobile devices. The effect was the opposite.
Thanks,
Rod.

Hi Rod,
I can only reiterate what Maureen has conveyed in her previous comments. The customer experience team is aware that screen real estate is a concern and they are working through some ideas to address this.
Thanks,

@Intaris wrote:Another issue:
If I go to the Idea Exchange and click on the "view all" view to see all unread posts, I have a drop-down options bar to mark all as read or as new for the ENTIRE community.
I'm pretty sure the text was originally only "Mark as new" and "Mark as read" (so the current text is at least an improvement on that) but it's a nice way to completely lose track of what has been read and what not on the entire forum. Surely this operation in this view should limit itself to the "Idea Exchange" board?
This is still happening. I accidentally reset every single post int he community to "read" by mistake.
Really, int he overview of Unread posts for a specific topic (It was the LabVIEW Idea Exchange) choosing the option to set to Read should not be a global action. If anything, both global and local actions should be offered.

I noticed this for the first time a few weeks ago (See here) and Lili referenced this thread.
