Instead of using a browser that 99.99% of computer users have never heard of, try using Internet Explorer or Firefox.
Version 11.7? That means it is really old (which I doubt because I would have probably heard of it before) or so buggy they've made dozens to hundreds of revisions to it to try to get it to work!

Useful side topic.
We don't use IE, mostly because it is the most popular target of hackers, but I have tested in Firefox, Chrome, Opera, and Avant. Since all instances of each share the same cookies, I can't seem to have multiple gmail accounts open at the same time in different tabs or windows of the same browser. Honestly, in Avant I can't even figure out how to open multiple windows.
One exception is that in Chrome you can start an incognito session, which can have 1 other gmail account open, so in Chrome I can have 2 gmail accounts open at the same time.
I have heard that there might be a solution in Firefox having to do with profiles and a "no remote" option. Will try to find out more.
