Yes, that's what I see in FireFox81: a different menu look than in the main page www.ni.com.
I thought that would be part of the solution to our complaints… 😄

Hi all,
We seem to be having a problem with the header this morning. We are looking into it.
Thank you,

@GerdW ,
We have reported the concerns to the responsible team and I know there is some thinking about ways to improve the experience. I cannot promise any change though.
Thank you,
Mark

Hi markwni,
I asked it before but didn't get an answer:
What is the official way to include this @markwni in a message?

Not sure if it's official, but...
1) Quote, remove everything but the user. Only works with the direct reply.
2) Add HTML:
</li-user login="GerdW" uid="16916">
Get the ID from a "Copy Link" from someone's profile.

Hi wiebe,
thanks for your effort, but that's not quite what I meant!
From markwni I received a notification looking like this:
Even though you included the "@GerdW" link in your message I did not get this "@mention" notification.
What do I need to do to induce the same "@mention" notification to other users?

Ah, I think that's a search subscription.
In your Profile, under Subscriptions & Notifications:
Not sure about the formatting. I think it's simply text search, with space separated words. But there could be more to it, like reg.ex., wildcards, or what not.
I always go there if I want to search in my subscriptions, but that feature isn't available AFAIK (apart from using LiQL).

Found this:
Zuora uses Khoros (Lithium, Atlas), so it's likely that the same rules apply.
