Hi Gerd -

It appears you may be encountering a bug. The notification feed should always show your 25 most recent notifications with the option to view more. We'll have to escalate this to Lithium for further investigation.

Others may see this same issue OR you may see this issue temporarily be resolved depending on how your traffic is directed to the site. We will let you know when we have an update.

I also wanted to mention that it is expected for your notification icon to drop to 0 after opening the notification feed page. You do not have to click any of the notifications in order to clear them. They're marked as read upon opening the feed.

I am seeing the same issue as GerdW.  I actually saw my number of notifications go from 1 to 0 without even going to the Notifications page (opened a new tab to look at a different thread).
