Just one small wish. I think, that spellchecker (on NI web site) should be learned with words like ("LabVIEW", "NI", "IMAQ", "DAQ", etc).
Pretty funny when I press spell check here, then follow screen like this
Andrey.

Hi Andrey,
I agree that the spell checker could be improved. Right now there is no way for me to load it with commonly used words in our forums
Thanks,

A global custom dictionary would certainly useful, especially for words that are among the top in the search index.
In scientific writing, we often have to cite references. If there are may authors, we woud write "et al." (e.g. "Altenbach et al.").
The spell checker did not like that and always complained that
[the abbreviation "al." should be spelled out in formal writing].
To silence the spell checker we thought we could delete the period. Tough luck! Now it complained that
["al" is usually followed by "dente"] !
Obviously, the programmer was Italian. 😄

Better than:
["al" is usually followed by " Capone"]

This reminds me of a true story with the early spell checkers, in this case it was on the VAX word processor used via VT100 terminals:...
How can I not reply to a post that mentions VAX and VT100* in the smae sentance?
One of my customers is NAVSEA so when I reply to their e-mails I have to chuckle when the spell checker want to change it to nausea.

* I have a fully populated VT100 in my computer museum.

There should also be a spell checker for tags.
What is a fumula???? 😄
( 'guess that's probably something we would enter in a fumula node, right?)
