I also don't see anything when clicking the nice gray-toned play button in the middle. I'm using Firefox 3.5.5. I have NoScript installed, but I temporarily enabled scripts for the page.
In IE it plays, but it takes a long time to load, and I have a fast cable connection. Could be a slow server for the source of the video.

Did your test work? I see that there is some object in that message, but nothing is showing.
From my home PC, the video does show up.A little slow to start after hitting the play button, but not too bad. The sound is a little crackly. So not seeing anything must have been a problem with either my work PC or corporate firewall settings.
