This says it all:
At 12:48 12:50 12:54 13:07 13:44 the virus scan is still in progress… (Website refresh does not help.)
I saw the same problem with 10kB PNG image two hours ago, which took several minutes for the virus scan!

Now at 14:25 I can also download the attachment.
It took nearly two hours to "scan for virus"!
I also tried to download with a different computer (to avoid problems with company firewalls): same "virus scan in progress" problem.
I also tried to read the message without logging in, using my mobile phone: same "virus scan in progress" problem…

In my testing, I have not seen this issue. However, I've asked the team to check the system to see if there's anything amiss.

The team verified that there was an issue yesterday with the virus scan. It was addressed yesterday and should be working fine now.
