Actually, the Jeff Bohrer account has an email address with 3 'f's instead of just 2 which is probably why you can't log in. It's not possible for me to merge the accounts.
To disable the "Jeff at home" account, go to ni.com/profile, log in with this account (just 2 'f's) and change the email to something you don't use, it doesn't matter what (you might want to keep track of it in case you want to log into this account later). Then, on that same ni.com/profile page, login as the Jeff Bohrer account using the email with 3 'f's and then change that email address.
I think that should work.
