The idea for "a module to show users topics they participated in" was raised to Lithium in the past. I asked for an update and shared current use cases with Lithium.
Lithium hasn't flat out rejected the idea, but nothing has been committed either. I think it's important to keep in mind that when Lithium is considering enhancements or new features, they have to take into account if this would impact/benefit other customers, does it fit into their roadmap, how many other customers requesting the feature, etc. Also, it seems to me that based on other customer input, it's more likely to see improvements to the Notification Feed to allow users to manage what content they see.
