Weird IE7 error message

At home on IE7.  Went do www.ni.com.  Clicked on Discussion forums (my usual way of getting in.)
 
It came up with this error message.  Link in address bar is https://sine.ni.com/apps/utf8/niup.ni

    I posted the message about IE7 error.  I submitted it by copying and pasting from the IE7 screen with the error.  The message got cut off in the message, and I couldn't select edit out of the drop down menu.  Something weird in the html of the error message I posted?
