G(x,y)=1/2pi sigma2 exp((x2+y2)/2sigma2)
 
And how can i convolute with this kernel?

You posted in a board which discusses the forums. You should repost to a more appropiate board (LabVIEW?) and with more details about what it is exactly that you want. You should also post your code, if you have any.
