After a road trip I am back to find a new virus checker was installed on my machine so maybe an issue wit that but...
I have not been able to use spoilers.
Is just me?

Let's see.
Followup:
I created a message with a spoiler right after "Let's see" and it disappeared when I posted it. Did an edit so I could add this and the spoiler didn't return.
So it seems like it's broken.

Same symptoms, not me.
Thank you!

Is it broken?
There is supposed to be a spoiler above this.
EDIT: Looks like the spoiler survived the initial post. I went back to edit the post to add this text. If the spoiler is still there then it survived that. Using Firefox 3.6.15.

Well in that case...
I am using IE 8 on XP.
The new virus junk is "AVG" and is quirte iritating even if it has nothing to do with the spoilers.

Thanks for the report.
Trying it out for myself, IE8.

Ok, now in Firefox
In IE8 the spoiler even disappears in preview. I'll report the issue.

Ben, Laura,
Mine is IE8 running on XP also. Not using AVG.

As evidenced by this: I have had spoiler problems for quite some time. The only sure-fire solution I have found is to create a macro that inserts the <li-spoiler></li-spoiler> tag. All of my macros are basically HTML tags to add links, linefeeds and other essentials to posts from my iPhone.

There should be a spoiler between this...
scary. very scary.
...and this
edit: spoiler doesn't work in preview (you can see there's a spoiler, but can't expand it), but does in actual post. (firefox 3.6.15 winXP)
