user management broken?

Hi,

Today I've answered a question in this thread. Curios to know if the user was online I clicked on his name - just to find out that he visited the forum a year ago, at least according to public statistics... Obviously, this can not be correct, if he posted the thread today...

Hi Wolfgang,

It looks like this user is posting from the newsgroups and his messages are mirrored to the forums, so he doesn't actually log in to the system.
