Can a cfp-2150 boot without a network connection?

Howdy,

I'm trying to use a cFP-2120 to run a PID control loop and collection some data.  The system is a remote location served with a wireless network, switch and connected pc's.  Our wireless network is down for some upgrades.  Can I get the cFP boot up and run its VI's when the network is down?

Any help would be greatful.
