Can labview PDA module communicate with fieldpoint modules

I would like to use my PDA to communicate with fieldpoint modules. What's supported under the labview PDA toolkit for fieldpoint communication? FP vi's (most prefered)? Datasocket? or is my only option writing a TCP client subroutine and running a TCP server on a Fieldpoint RT module (least prefered) thanks.

Unfortunately, the latter but least prefered solution, is the only one you will be able to implement with the PDA module.

How about a RS232 connection?
- PDA RS232 to FP 2000 RS232 (plus 'homebrewed' Server Protokoll)
- or PDA to FP1000 RS232 with OPTOMUX vis ??
