Channels 0-3 of FP-RLY-420 are read only

I am using a FP-1000, firmware revision 30 to read, in this order, FP-TC-120, FP-AI-110, 2xFP-DI-330 and 2x FP-RLY-420. On both of my FP-RLY-420, channels 0-3 are read only and 4-7 allow me to write to them. I am sure I am missing something very simple, but how can I write to channels 0-3?

I want to understand better your question. When you say that your channels 0-3 are read only, you mean that you are only able to see the LEDs lighting up for those channels, but for channels 4-7 you can't?

If this is the case, then it might be a power issue. If you are using an external power supply to the V and C terminals of the channels, the total power supplied cannot exceed 6A. You might want to take a look at page 3 of the FP-RLY-420 Operating Instructions if this is the case.
