Conflict between two 4-20 mA signal on a FP-AI-110

Hi,

I'am trying to measure 6 analog signal on 4-20mA FP-AI-110 module, In a first place after wiring everything nothing was working and measures were not ok.
By un cabling onoe per one all my instrument I notice that if I wire two instrument it generate a conflict i.e. one signal wired : it works, two signal I have "out of range error"
I think its an isolation problem but I can find the solution;
Sommenone have an Idea?

Best regards.

Hi, First, check the range configured for your device, furthermore that the FP-AI-110 is channels independantly configurable. Be sure that you allow a little excess in the range (i.e. 3.5mA instead of 4mA, and 21mA instead of 20mA). And check also that you don't have unwired inputs which can cause "out of range" error cause of external noise. If that still doesn't work, could you inform about the interface module used, and about the wiring of your input? I hope this Helps. Regards, Olivier L. Application Engineer
