Damaged cFP-2020: It does not keep the setup of the thermocouple module

We have a good communication with the fieldpoint (Part#188639B-03, S/N# D6745C): good IP address; good access to the .IAK file when we do the find device.

When we do another find device after we downloaded a few modifications of the fieldpoint configuration (thermocouple module), the configuration come back with the previous configuration.

Hi,

In your message title you said that the device you are using is damaged.  How did the device become damaged?  Is it visible?  If the device is noticeably damaged that could definitely explain why some of the configurations appear to no longer be in memory.
