Error of type 6208

I am using LabVIEW 8.0.  I receive an error that reads: "VI has an error of type 6208.  The full development version of LabVIEW is required to fix the errors.

Any thoughts on what I can do to find out what is going on?

Hi Steve,

You didn't give us too much info about your hardware/software setup, or when in your application this happens. I assume that your application is interacting with Fieldpoint, based on this forum, but how are you running the code, and what hardware are you using? You may be missing some drivers.

Please give us some more info and hopefully we can help!

Hi I had the same problem with an executable (application builder made).

The erro was due to a .dll file not updated, the dll do not list a function searched by the executable.... updating the dll,

the error disappear....

Not so easy to findoud with so few information from labview....
