FP-AO-C420 doesnot update value in FP explorer, although we get message "iak operation was successful."
We are using it with FP-2010.

My computer was set for comma (,) for decimal places. I set it back to period (.) and everything is ok. Thanks to Aaron G. I found this solution from his answer to a similar problem posted by Jorg on 2/10/03.

What version of FieldPoint Explorer or NI-FP are you using? If you had the wrong decimal symbol, it should have reported an out of range error.

I was using 3.0.1. Later I upgraded to 3.0.2 as suggested by NI tech support. Yes, it did report out of range error, but once, at the very first attempt to write. After that it kept quite, no error and no updates. So I thought whatever be the problem related to range is no more there. Otherwise it should give error for every attempt to write.
