FP Open troubleshoot

I am running Labview 6.1 and Field Point Explorer 3.0.2 in a PC running on Windows XP. My Labview program uses the FP Open command, but I am getting an error saying that there is some problem with the configuration file (the iak file). I have tried saving the iak file in different locations, different names, but the FP Open still does not recognize my FP configuration file. By the way, I am running a similar Labview program on a different computer (also with FP Explorer 3.0.2) but running on Windows NT and it works fine. Any suggestions?

What is the exact error message?  Also, does any other IAK file work?

Thanks for the interest. We solved the problem. For some reason the FP VI's (FP Open, Close, etc)  that we had copied from another computer were causing the problem. When we made the program use the FP VI's that were in the National Instruments folder (under Program Files) the FP Open started working.
