FP-TB1 schematic

[Labview Resistance Measurement]

Because of several FP-1000 & FP-AO210 blown-up after 1year, I want to protect them from ATE.

any one has any idea where to get schematic of FP-TB1 or how to protect FP controller & module?

Hello Tran,

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "ATE." Are you trying to protect your modules from power surges?

If this is the case, I'm not quite sure having a schematic of the terminal block will help much. Could you explain why you are seeking this information?
