While turning on the system the status led stay on. Doing this few time, now the Status led doesn’t stay on but it seems that the controller doesn’t make the booting procedure (the Leds doesn’t turn on and off at the begging)
This issue can generally be solved by formatting the internal Compact FLASH memory on the controller. Sometimes you will first have to switch both the Safe Mode (switch 7) and Reset IP (switch 😎 dip switches and cycle the power to first get the controller into a safe state. The Compact FLASH corruption is generally due to losing power while writing to a sector on disk. This can cause that sector as well as other adjacent sectors to become corrupt.
