FieldPoint Error 33163

The system has been running well for several months. Recently started getting Error 33163. We power down the module in question (we are running 11 FP-1600's) and power it back up and it is OK for a while. A couple hours later some other one goes down. We suspect that the IS group may be running some new app on the network (spyware, new anti-virus, ???) but they deny it. How do I trouble shoot this????

The protocol used to communicate between your computer and the FP-1600 is called logos. When logos services report being disconnected from the module, you receive the error 33163.

When you have an extensive amount of network traffic, you no longer have the bandwidth needed to communicate with your FieldPoint modules and you will receive the error 33163.

The best way to troubleshoot this is to run some of the FP-1600s on a separate independent network. If the problem goes away, you know that the network traffic is your culprit. If the problem still occurs, please call us and we'll troubleshoot the modules over the phone.
