The system has been running well for several months. Recently started getting Error 33163. We power down the module in question (we are running 11 FP-1600's) and power it back up and it is OK for a while. A couple hours later some other one goes down. We suspect that the IS group may be running some new app on the network (spyware, new anti-virus, ???) but they deny it. How do I trouble shoot this????
