Hello,
Problem/question:
We are trying to read from a PWM-520, but as you can see we get an -34101 error.
We do not understand what the reason is ... the VIs we use are NI and we read directly from the hardware.
If the same same IO point is configured as a Share Variable and deployed on the cFP target, we can both read/write without problems.
But we wish to read directly from the IO to increase performance of the realtime system.

In a company, with more that 65 years of history, hardware found in R&D is both of newer and old date. The newest test unit is using NI hardware; two cFP-2120 and two cFP-1800 with a total of more that 300 IO's.
