I'm trying to create an distribution kit for my program. I can create it and everything works properly except seeing the fieldpoint devices. I have included the .iak file and the FPCVIMgr.dll. The executable will work properly and see the fieldpoint module if I have the full version of Fieldpoint explorer installed on the computer. But I would like to be able to see the fieldpoint Module without installing fieldpoint explorer completely. Do I need to put the .dll file some place in particular?
The FPCVIMgr.dll calls into the FieldPoint Server. You need an installed version of FieldPoint Explorer, it is not enough to simply copy the FPCVIMgr.dll.
