Fieldpoint executable not reading modules

The executable program will not recognize the FP Modules.  The FP modules are readable from MAX (NI-DAQ7.4) on the target and developement PC.  The original program works fine within LABView 7.1 on target and developemnt PCs. The executable will not work on the development or target PC.

FP-1000

I have tried re-building the executable per the knowledgebase documents a few times and running on several different PCs with no luck.

All of this leads me to believe that it is the executable build that is faulty not any hardware.  .iak and .dll have been copied from the proper locations.

Any Ideas?
