Fieldpoint faulty ethernet port

We have a compact fieldpoint that recently stopped communicating. Accoring to the PC, ethernet port 0 is totally non-funcional as it sees the network cable as unplugged. Port two appears to work but the controller doesn't show up in MAX using port 1. I have attached the Console out report below.

Ethernet 0: system shows cable unplugged

Ethernet 1: unidentified aircraft

LED:  no status led

neither port allows me to connect in MAX.

I've tried setting my IP to automatically detect and also to 169.254.125.18; subnet 255.255.255.0

I will like to ask you some question in order to find the source of the problem.

Which version of the FielPoint drivers do you have on your computer?

How are connecting the cFP to the computer or network?

Are you able to communicate with the cFP using another computer?

Have you change the network cable? Are you sure the cable is fine?
