Looking at your zip file, I note that the files are Lookout files. Please repost your question in the Lookout discussion forum. You are more likely to get an answer that will tell you how to do what you need.
I guess you could use a spreadsheet object. You could add the $system.time and the $system.time-TODAY() to the first two fields to get Date, Time. To add Tag1... you just need to add more fields to it. See attachment.
I saw you have an old evaluation version of Lookout (3.8). You might consider to get the latest evaluation version from www.ni.com/lookout or you get in contact with one of National Instruments' Sales Representative before you start your project.
Lookout 5.0 has a great capability of networked applications, integrateing easily other ActiveX controls... Check it out on the mentioned web site.
